This ERA Genuine multipoint door lock mechanism centre case or gearbox has a 35mm backset and 92mm centres. It has a latch and hookbolt and is operated by lift lever or split spindle . Almost all ERA multipoint gearboxes can be interchanged with a deadbolt, hook bolt, or Vectis gearbox. Bi-Fold version with additonal bolt holes and different style of hook is available, please ask for details. To reverse the latch, undo the screws in it to remove it. Reverse and reisnert the latch before replacing the screws. Nightlatch split spindle reversal: Remove latch to reveal a small screw. Use a small bladed screwdriver to turn the screw 180 degrees then return the latch to the correct position.
